Laser Cut Felt Headband

The idea to do the headband started when our baby daughter, Hana, was 7-months old and I had an urging to accessorize her. The trend at the time was the huge flower-attached-headbands so I wanted them badly but the price was quite ridiculous.

Why not make one myself? Flower attached with personalized name as the headband design!

Later, even Aunty Dee want her own laser cut headband~

....as well the other aunties~ :)
The headband moved on to baby shower events and such, just because it is simply beautiful and lively! We love it, so do most people :)

calling out to local fashion designers!

Seriously, if my sewing skills and techniques are at least good, I would try make a t-shirt like this! But since I can't, please...please fashion designers~ create something like this with us!

In theory, it's not as difficult as it looks.
Hmm...
1. Design the shapes
2. Sew them together
3. Make the hands and body ( <---here is the part I lack)
4. Assemble collar etc. (here too)

So yeah, sounds simple right?
Pictures below are the works and creations of Berlin-based Mashallah Design and Linda Kostowski. Check out their design process at: The T-Shirt Issue.
